1. Sponsor. Bingo! LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Sponsor”). Contact: hello@bingopetcare.app.

2. Not affiliated with Meta. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Meta from all liability. Questions go to Sponsor, not Meta.

3. Promotion period. Bingo! runs a separate giveaway each month from October 2026 through December 2027. Each month’s giveaway starts on the 2nd of the month at 12:00 am ET and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 pm ET. For October 2026 only, it starts when the giveaway post is published. Each month is a stand-alone promotion. Entries do not carry over to any other month’s giveaway.

4. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older when they enter and who either (a) work as an independent pet sitter, dog walker or other pet-care provider, or (b) own or operate a pet-care business. Not eligible: anyone who has already won a Bingo! monthly giveaway; Sponsor’s owners, employees and contractors; employees and contractors of Sileo Pet Services LLC; and the immediate family and household members of any of these. Void where prohibited.

5. How to enter. During the promotion period, on that month’s official giveaway post, do one of the following:

1. a. Instagram: follow @bingopetcareapp, like the post, and comment tagging 3 different real friends’ accounts and saying “Sitter” or “Business.”
2. b. Facebook: follow the Bingo! Facebook Page, like the post, and comment tagging 3 friends and saying “Sitter” or “Business.”
3. c. Limit: one (1) entry per person per month. Entering on both platforms or commenting more than once does not add entries. Sharing the post to a story is optional and does not add an entry. Entries made with multiple, fake or automated accounts, or that tag brand, fake or bot accounts, are void. Accounts must be visible to Sponsor so the entry can be checked.

6. Winner selection. On the 1st of the following month, Sponsor will review all entries. Each person who completed every required step and meets the eligibility rules will be placed once into a random selection tool, and one potential winner will be drawn. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Notification. Sponsor will contact the potential winner by direct message only from @bingopetcareapp or the official Bingo! Facebook Page. Sponsor will never ask for a password, payment or card details in a message. The potential winner must reply within 72 hours and complete the claim page on the Bingo! app (link sent in the DM): legal name, email, age and residency confirmation, and sitter or business confirmation (such as a business website, listing or profile). A W-9 is requested only if the law requires it (see Taxes). If the potential winner does not respond in time, fails a step, or is ineligible, Sponsor will draw an alternate from the same eligible list.

8. Prize. One (1) prize per month: 12 months of a Bingo! Unlimited subscription at no charge. Independent pet sitters receive Sitter Unlimited (approximate retail value $581, the yearly plan price). Pet-care business owners receive Business Unlimited (approximate retail value $1,316, the yearly plan price). If Bingo! has not officially launched when the prize is awarded, the 12 months begin on Bingo!’s official launch date. Otherwise, they begin on the day the prize is activated. Before the free months begin, the winner adds a payment card in the Bingo! app; Sponsor runs a $1 card check that is refunded the same day. No charge is made during the 12 free months. When they end, the plan renews automatically at the then-current price, on the billing interval (monthly or yearly) the winner chose when claiming, unless the winner cancels in Settings before the renewal date. Sponsor sends reminders 30 days and 7 days before the renewal. If the winner already pays for a Bingo! plan, the 12 free months of Unlimited are added after the end of their current paid period. When they end, the winner can keep Unlimited at its then-current price; otherwise they return to their previous plan and billing. The prize must be activated within 60 days of notification or launch, whichever is later. It covers only the plan’s subscription fee. Payment-processing fees and all other costs are not included, except for the processing-fee allowance that is part of the Unlimited plan. The prize is not transferable and has no cash value, and no substitution is allowed except by Sponsor. If a feature is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Use of Bingo! is subject to the Bingo! Terms of Service. Limit one prize per person across all Bingo! monthly giveaways.

9. Taxes. The winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize. If the law requires Sponsor to report the prize to the IRS, Sponsor will request a Form W-9 through a secure method outside the Bingo! app and issue the required Form 1099. In that case, the prize activates once the W-9 is received. This is not tax advice.

10. Publicity. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce their name or social media handle, and their sitter or business status, without additional compensation.

11. Disqualification. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, uses bots or fake accounts, or violates these rules or Meta’s terms.

12. Release and limitation of liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Sileo Pet Services LLC, and Meta from any claims arising from the promotion or the prize, to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, platform outages, or comments that Instagram or Facebook removes or hides.

13. Privacy. Entry information is used to run this promotion and as described in the Bingo! Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law. New Jersey law governs these rules.

15. Winner’s name. To request the winner’s name, email hello@bingopetcare.app within 30 days after the promotion ends.
