Subprocessors

A subprocessor is a company that handles personal information on Bingo's behalf so that we can run the Platform. We require each one, by written contract, to use the information only to provide services to Bingo, to protect it, and not to sell it.
This page is referenced by our Privacy Policy and by the Data Processing Addendum in our Business Subscription Agreement. We update it when we add or change a vendor that handles personal information.

Base44
What they do: The platform Bingo runs on: application hosting, database, file storage, backups, and transactional email.
Information involved: All Platform data, stored and processed on Bingo's behalf.
Base44 uses its own subprocessors. Rather than copy that list and let it go stale, we link to it so you always see the current one.
Google — Sign in with Google
What they do: Optional authentication. Lets you create an account and sign in with your Google account.
Information involved: Name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier. Nothing else — no Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, Drive or Photos access.
Used only if you choose Sign in with Google. See Privacy Policy Section 2.5.
Google — Analytics
What they do: Understanding how people use the Platform so we can improve it.
Information involved: Device and usage data, cookie and device identifiers, pages and screens viewed.
Loads only after you accept analytics in our consent banner, and never if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Nothing is sent to Google Analytics before that.
Named in our agreements, not yet active
Our legal documents describe services Bingo intends to offer. The vendors below are named there but are not processing any personal information today. We list them so the picture is complete, and we will move each one above when it goes live.
