Bingo!

Subprocessors

Last updated October 3, 2026

A subprocessor is a company that handles personal information on Bingo's behalf so that we can run the Platform. We require each one, by written contract, to use the information only to provide services to Bingo, to protect it, and not to sell it. The one exception is OpenStreetMap's public mapping service, which has no contract with Bingo; it is listed below so you know it is used.

This page is referenced by our Privacy Policy and by the Data Processing Addendum in our Business Subscription Agreement. We update it when we add or change a vendor that handles personal information.

Active today

Base44

What they do: The platform Bingo runs on: application hosting, database, file storage, backups, and transactional email.

Information involved: All Platform data, stored and processed on Bingo's behalf.

Base44 uses its own subprocessors. Rather than copy that list and let it go stale, we link to it so you always see the current one.

Google — Sign in with Google

What they do: Optional authentication. Lets you create an account and sign in with your Google account.

Information involved: Name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier. Nothing else — no Gmail, Contacts, Drive or Photos access, and no Calendar access unless a caregiver separately turns on Google Calendar Sync (below).

Used only if you choose Sign in with Google. See Privacy Policy Section 2.5.

Google — Analytics

What they do: Understanding how people use the Platform so we can improve it.

Information involved: Device and usage data, cookie and device identifiers, pages and screens viewed.

Loads only after you accept analytics in our consent banner, and never if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Nothing is sent to Google Analytics before that.

PayCosmos (gateway: linked2pay)

What they do: Processing payments made to Bingo itself (plan subscriptions and the $1 card check) and processing Clients’ payments for care, which go into Bingo’s own PayCosmos account. Bingo pays the provider weekly by ACH.

Information involved: Payer name, billing details, and payment card or bank details, which you enter with PayCosmos. Bingo keeps only a processor token, the card brand and last four digits, and payment records. Full card numbers are never stored by Bingo.

Before launch on January 4, 2027, only Sileo Pet Services clients and test accounts can book through Bingo!. See Privacy Policy Section 6.3.

Wix Payments (through Base44's checkout)

What they do: Processing purchases of training resources.

Information involved: Buyer name, email, and the card details entered on that checkout page. Card details are not stored by Bingo.

Google — Calendar Sync (optional, caregivers only)

What they do: Adds a caregiver's upcoming confirmed appointments to their own Google Calendar, if the caregiver turns this on in settings.

Information involved: For each appointment: the service, the Client's name, the Pets' names, and the town only (never the street address).

Once copied, the calendar events are held by Google under the caregiver's own Google account, and Bingo cannot delete them. Caregivers can disconnect at any time. See Privacy Policy Section 2.7.

OpenStreetMap (public mapping services)

What they do: Address suggestions while you type, map images, and finding places by city or ZIP code.

Information involved: The address text you type (sent from your browser for suggestions), your IP address when your browser loads map images, and, from our server, only a city, state, or ZIP code (for example, to find nearby animal hospitals, local price ranges, or for nearby matching).

OpenStreetMap is not under contract with Bingo and follows the OpenStreetMap Foundation's own privacy policy.

CARTO (map images)

What they do: A map-image service built on OpenStreetMap data. Your browser may load map images from CARTO when a map is shown.

Information involved: Your IP address when your browser loads map images. CARTO does not see which visit you are looking at, and the visit map does not send any address to it.

OpenRouteService (HeiGIT gGmbH, Germany)

What they do: Drawing a likely walking path between a visit's location points on the visit map.

Information involved: Map coordinates of the visit's location points only, sent from our server. No names, account details, addresses, or which visit or Booking they belong to.

Coordinates are processed in Germany.
